i believe i've been watching too much HGTV, as it has given me a yearning to redecorate a room in the house. i decided on the den, it's dark and extremely bland, with ancient wood paneling that no one would like to see anymore. color theme? manhattan mist (light gray) and niagara falls (light blue), both by behr from home depot. i searched online for inspiration, and these gave me that warm, cozy feeling, along with a chic, uptown twist.

this romantic, nude ensemble has my heart fluttering. i love the dress and jacket paired with the different brown hues in the boots, clutch, and hat; i've been on the hunt for the perfect faux fur jacket, and haven't found one yet :'[ one day, one day (optimism people!) hehe
